9th Annual Award Show!
Nominations Films & Rock Winners Revealed (May 2012)

The 9th Annual Slick Rock Award Show revealed each nominated film and Rock winner for all 15 categories. This year 11 different school took home a Rock and 166 students were among the list of those associated with nominated films. Premiere Screening Program (May 2012)

The top 130 films will be screening at the Fox Theater beginning at 9:00 AM. Click here for a listing of films and show times.

Premiere Cut Announced (May 2012)

178 films were submitted this year form 33 schools. Twenty-two professional judges scored each film and selected the top films as the Premiere Cut. These films will be shown in full-length on Saturday May 19th at the Fox Theater in Downtown Visalia (map).

New Prize Package for StepUp & Tourism category (Feb 2012)

The Tulare County Board of Supervisors and Film Commission just announced that the winning film crew will each receive a Flip Camera and the spot aired in primetime. The associated school will receive a $500 stipend toward their film program. See Film Categories for details.
